Here is the front of a EFB-2000 Pillow bag purchase in January 2001 from Subsalve usa aka Inflatable Technology Corp. Located in Rhode Island.
This bags was used no more than 6 times and in water no deeper than 10 feet. Notice there are 3 pressure relief valve covers missing, they blew off during lift.

Here is the back of the bag.You can see a tear between the straps in the center. The next photo will show you a nice 8" tear in the fabric right across the back seam, this also accured during the lift.

Here it is, this company claims to be the leader in underwater flotation and have the best lift bags in the world.
Well let me say this: I now buy from either   PROLIFT LIFTBAGS or   CARTER LIFTBAGS

This is the pressure relief valve cap. Notice they have 4 screws holding the cap on and there is a rubber O-ring under it. What I noticed is that the flange that is welded into the fabric bends when the bag inflates and the valve cap goes flying off. I guess the screws are their attempt to keep the cap on.

This is the flexible flange welded to the fabric. You can bend this with your fingers.

Another Problem The threads in this inflation port are aluminum and have already strated to oxidize. My buddy's bags the ball valves can off in his hand and they are just a year old.You have got to be kiddin' me. So back to the maker for repairs.

Last but not least the brass ball valves and brass quick disconnects....... problems problems problems..For a lesser purchase price I get all stainless steel from Prolift, Plus they have 1/2" pvc ports NO OXIDIZING,. Carter bags also have nice oxidizing free flanges, but they to use the brass. But their bags work great. I have had nothing but problems from the start with SUBSALVE and the customer service isn't much to bragg about either. Evidential Prolift was sued by Subsalve (without successs) and I have heard from sources Richard Fryburg claims to be putting Prolift out of business. Well for the truth on that matter you can visit this page:THE TRUTH
Prolift makes a much superior product and hey guys remember the prices SUBSALVE CHARGED before PROLIFT came on the market.....Why is it Subsalve can sell bags for alot less now like 50% less and still be in business, they must have been raking us over the coals before. PROLIFT USES ALL STAINLESS STEEL AND THEIR BAGS ARE CONSTRUCTED NOT TO BE RETURNED FOR REPAIRS...I have had a great success using them and Carter Bags as well.
Before you spend you money on these I suggest call Prolift or Carter you will save yourself alot of heartache....
Sincerely Yours,
